You can email your responses to the BBC Charter Review, although you may find it quicker and easier to fill out our online survey:

How to email your responses

1. We would prefer you to answer the survey questions as it helps us structure and analyse your thoughts and views, although it is not mandatory. To do so, please copy and paste the questions into a new email.

2. If you’re answering the survey questions, write your responses below each question.

3. Send your email to: bbccharterreview@dcms.gov.uk.

If at any stage the mailbox or survey is down we will resolve to get it restored as quickly as possible during normal business hours.
