Use this form if you, or someone acting for you, have a question about your SFI application, agreement or payment.

You can also use this form if you have been told you will not get a payment.

Read the rules for the scheme before you fill in the form. Then send the form to the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) by email or post.

If you’re sending more than one form by email, use a separate email for each form.

How to submit a query about your application, agreement or payment

You can use the Rural Payments service to raise a query about your application, agreement or payment. Sign in to the Rural Payments service and select ‘Create or view a query’ to raise a new query.

Or use the SFI query form if you:

  • think your payment is wrong

  • disagree with your payment calculation

  • need to send RPA more evidence or information about a query you have already raised

  • disagree with an email you’ve received about your SFI application, agreement or payment

  • disagree with our decision to reject your application or claim

Do not use this form to query anything other than SFI information.

How to fill in this form

Read the notes on the form – they explain what to do and how to fill in the form.

After you’ve submitted the form

We will respond once we have reviewed your query in full.

If we find that we do not need to take any further action, we will explain why. If we need to take further action, we will confirm what we’ve done and the effect this has had on your original query.

If you have another query that you have not already told RPA about, fill in and submit a new query form.
