About your SFI agreement
Your SFI agreement comprises:
- your agreement document, which you can view in the Rural Payments service
- the SFI terms and conditions that set out the scheme rules that apply to all agreements – these rules are further explained in the relevant version of the SFI scheme information
- the relevant version of the SFI actions you’ve selected
The relevant version of the SFI scheme information and the SFI actions depends on the start date of your SFI agreement.
SFI re-opened offer for 2024 – Agreements that were applied for between 7 July 2025 and 1 September 2025
You must follow:
- version 1.3 of the SFI scheme information for the re-opened offer 2024
- version 1.1b of the SFI actions
- version 1.2 of the SFI terms and conditions

SFI expanded offer for 2024 – Agreements that started on or after 1 September 2024 that were applied for by 11 March 2025
