This release brings together statistical material relating to the Terrorism Act 2000 (TACT), including arrests and their outcomes, as well as breakdowns of stops and searches made under the powers of the act. Data presented here covers the period up to 31 March 2026.

Alongside this publication, we shared a user survey to collect feedback to help improve future releases of the Operation of police powers under the Terrorism Act 2000 statistical publication and inform ongoing decisions about the content and frequency of the published statistics. The survey was shared in the previous quarterly publication of the Operation of police powers under TACT 2000, to December 2025.
