Details

The Feed-in Tariff statistics collection will be moved within the DESNZ Statistics webpages from June 2026 onwards - further details will be provided in due course.

Data are taken from the Microgeneration Certification Scheme - MCS Installation Database.

These figures are published as ‘official statistics in development’ because they are a new statistics series and are still in development. They are published to inform users about the installation of domestic batteries recorded on the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and to enable user feedback, as well as further methodological development. The status of these statistics will be under regular review and may be subject to change in the future.

Enquiries about these statistics should be directed to: fitstatistics@energysecurity.gov.uk
