These statistics provide a monthly count of lone parent Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA) claimants in Great Britain from April 2005.

Release due 13 May 2015

DWP statisticians have identified a minor processing error with the data due to be released in this publication on 13 May 2015. Data for lone parents receiving Jobseeker’s Allowance is therefore not available for March 2015. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide further updates here when available.

These monthly claimant count figures are broken down by:

  • age of youngest child
  • gender
  • age
  • ethnic group
  • region
