The updated fuel poverty report for 2013 covers:

  • the latest statistics on the number of households living in fuel poverty, in England under the new Low Income High Costs (LIHC) indicator
  • analysis of the composition of the fuel poor group in 2011 under the LIHC indicator
  • projections of the number of households in fuel poverty in 2012 and 2013
  • estimates of sub-regional fuel poverty under the LIHC indicator
