   'EU Settlement Scheme quarterly statistics tables, September 2020': on the 'Notes' spreadsheet; the text 'Refused: Where an applicant asks the Home Office, in writing, to withdraw an application before it is concluded. Withdrawn: When an application is submitted by someone ineligible to be granted leave under Appendix EU, and there is therefore no legal basis for the Home Office to process it.' has been amended to 'Refused: When an application is submitted by someone ineligible to be granted leave under Appendix EU, and there is therefore no legal basis for the Home Office to process it.
