This is the first report in a quarterly series of Official Statistics including DWP complaints received, closed and upheld by each business area, and categorisation of the reason for complaint. This replaces the existing DWP Transparency statistics.

Changes in this release 

This is a new statistical series, developed in line with the Statistical Work Programme and with approval from the Chief Statistician. 

Expected changes in future releases 

As these are Official Statistics in Development there may be changes in future releases. Any changes will be communicated and developed through the Statistical Work Programme.
