• DWP complaints received
• DWP complaints closed
• DWP complaints upheld or partially upheld
• Categorisations of reasons for DWP complaints
• Complaints about DWP by the Independent Case Examiner (ICE), including complaints received, accepted, cleared and upheld or partially upheld

As these are Official Statistics in Development there may be changes in future releases. Any changes will be communicated and developed through the Statistical Work Programme.
