This publication provides the latest provisional estimates of UK greenhouse gas emissions which have a 3 month time lag and are based on provisional inland energy consumption statistics, which are published in BEIS’s quarterly Energy Trends publication.

These statistics are produced on the same basis as Provisional annual statistics and provide an early indication of emissions in the most recent quarter.
