The latest release of these statistics can be found in the ESA underpayments collection.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is correcting some past underpayments of ESA, which arose while reassessing incapacity benefit claims. This publication presents an update of progress at 14 July 2019.
The release follows previous publications on ESA underpayments in October 2018 and February and May 2019.
