These files are no longer being updated to include any late revisions local authorities may have reported to the department. Please use instead the Local authority housing statistics open data file for the latest data.
Notes on local authority housing statistics (LAHS) data sets 2018 to 2019
Some regional/England figures in the LAHS tables are calculated averages which cannot be obtained by summing the local authority figures. These regional figures can be found in the corresponding data csv file with regional and England figures. Please refer to the LAHS guidance for further detail.
Some columns in the regional and England csv file are intentionally left blank. This is because a regional figure is not applicable for these variables.
