This written ministerial statement was laid in the House of Commons on 4 February 2013 by Damian Green and in the House of Lords by Lord Taylor of Holbeach.

The Minister of State for Policing and Criminal Justice (Damian Green): My right hon. Friend, the Home Secretary, has today laid before the House, the Police Grant Report (England and Wales) 2013/14 (HC 876). The report sets out my right hon Friend, the Home Secretary’s, determination for 2013/14 of the aggregate amount of grant that she proposes to pay under section 46(2) of the Police Act 1996, and the amount to be paid to the Greater London Authority for the Mayor’s Office for policing and crime.

This statement also includes details of other funding streams that the Home Office, the Department of Communities and Local Government and the Welsh Government intend to provide to the Police in 2013/14.
