1. Background

1. The purpose of this memo is to inform you of amendments that have been made to Work and Health Programme Provider Guidance chapters. Attached is a summary of all changes made to Chapter 10 and Annex 2 with updated version number.

2. Please ensure, with immediate effect, that the revised information in the following Work and Health Programme Provider Guidance chapters is read in full and used by you and all of your supply chain partners.
