This questionnaire is issued to farmhouses and agricultural properties and residential caravan and park homes in Wales only. You do not need to complete this questionnaire if your domestic property is in England.
Why your information is important
The VOA has been asked by the Welsh Government to start preparing to carry out a revaluation of all domestic properties in Wales. The information you provide would be used in future to establish an accurate Council Tax band for your property, if the Welsh Government goes ahead with plans to reform Council Tax. You can contact the Welsh Government if you have any questions about its plans.
You need to complete this questionnaire within 21 days from the date the Valuation Office Agency wrote to you requesting this information.
