Application Process

As we must award or update a VTS Logbook as part of your application process, please submit all VTS applications and supporting documents via post to the address given within the application form. Please note that we do request the original supporting documents be provided. We will aim to assess your VTS Logbook and/or endorsement application within 14 days of the date of receipt.

IMPORTANT - Before completing this form, please read the guidance notes and instructions on pages 4, 5 and 6. Please provide ensure you have provided an email address so that we may inform you that we have received your application and supporting documents.

We do not offer a counter service.
