The commission working group meeting covered agenda items including:

  • article 13 health claims: discussion on a draft annex to a regulation authorising article 13 health claims on hold
  • generic descriptors: exchange of views on a working document on elements to take into account when establishing rules for derogation in accordance with article 1(4) of regulation 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods
