Read the update on the Working Group meeting on nutrition and health claims

The Commission working group meeting covered agenda items including:

  • general function (Article 13) health claims ‘on hold’
  • beauty claims
  • draft Commission guidance on interpreting Article 10 of the claims Regulation
  • generic descriptors that could be construed as health claims
