Details

The Universal Credit transition rollout schedule lists the jobcentres that are due to move to the Universal Credit full service by date and local authority area. The schedule also includes a list of jobcentres that moved to the Universal Credit full service between November 2015 and February 2018 – this replaces the other documents on the page.

  1. Republished the Welsh version of the roll out schedule.
  2. Updated the English version of the roll out schedule to include Caernarfon. Removed the Welsh version temporarily while the translation is checked.
  3. Changes to the dates the following jobcentres will start providing the Universal Credit full service: Aberystwyth, Amlwch, Ammanford, Bangor, Barrow, Caernarfon, Cardigan, Carmarthen, Clydebank, Dolgellau, Dumbarton, Edinburgh High Rigg, Edinburgh Wester Hailes, Holyhead, Hythe, Leith, Llanelli, Llangefni, Middlesbrough, Middlesbrough East, Newport Isle of Wight, Porthmadog, Pwllheli, Walsall Bayard House, Walsall Bridle Court
  4. Revised Universal Credit rollout schedule published.
  5. Published a revised rollout schedule, still dated November 2017. The revised version includes Congleton JCP and Macclesfield JCP. Also published a Welsh language version of the schedule.
  6. Published revised Universal Credit rollout schedule.
  7. Published updated list of jobcentre areas and local authorities that will move to the Universal Credit full service between October 2017 and September 2018.
  8. Removed Edinburgh City office from the list of jobcentres because it is closed.

  10. Added transition rollout schedule phase 4 to 6 covering the period April 2017 to September 2018.
  11. Revised version of the Transition Rollout Schedule (July 2016) - has changes to the original plan for November 2016 and now includes phase 3 covering the period January to March 2017.
