Details

Following the publication of the Local Support Services update and trialling plan in December 2013, the Local Support Services Framework (LSSF) Expression of Interest (EOI) trialling prospectus has been developed. This sets out how DWP and local authority partnerships can get involved in robustly trialling elements of LSSF over the next 12 months.

A small number of sites will be selected through an EOI process to test the LSSF approach and principles. This trialling will provide learning about how we can best support those who need additional help to make and manage a claim to Universal Credit and will inform future framework development.

This trialling is a part of wider learning strategy for LSSF ahead of wider Universal Credit roll out and the Universal Credit test and learn approach.
