On 31 August 2026, Ofqual accepted an Undertaking from Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) under B8 of the General Conditions of Recognition (‘the Conditions’). This followed TQUK admitting non-compliance with Condition B3.1 in relation to 5 Event Notifications which were not promptly reported to Ofqual. The delays occurred on Event Notifications submitted between September 2025 and February 2026.

The Undertaking requires TQUK to rectify its processes and procedures to ensure incidents are reported promptly to Ofqual, in accordance with Condition B3.1.
