     Agreement updated the updates are a variation to Schedule 6.1 Paragraph 94 which allows a minor time extension to deliver revised obligation plus a revised scope of delivery in conjunction with the revised scope for associated obligation of Schedule 6.1 paragraph 92.0.

  4. 28 December 2018

     Contract change to schedule 6.1 paragraph 20 relating to the termination rights prior to acceptance of new bi-mode vehicles, EMUs and Intercity coaches.

Details

The franchise agreement between the Secretary of State for Transport and First TransPennine Express Limited dated 22 December 2015.

The contract with First Trans Pennine Express Ltd was announced by the Transport Minister on 23 December 2015.

This agreement replaces the previous TransPennine Express 2012 franchise agreement.
