Secretary of State’s Screening Decision regarding a proposed change to the Section 36 Consent including use of open cycle gas turbines (OCGT) or reciprocating gas engine (RGE) units that are capable of firing on natural gas and hydrogen, in place of combined cycle gas turbines (CCGT). Screening is made in accordance with the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017.
