Details

Schools open as an academy on the first day of the month. To open on the chosen month, you must complete all the necessary paperwork associated with the conversion in the previous month.

These documents explain the final dates you should send documents and other information to the:

  • Department for Education (DfE) project lead
  • Education Funding Agency (EFA)

to ensure you can open on the first of the intended month.
