These guides are for employers, employees and their representatives who are associated with applications and complaints under the Information and Consultation Regulations. The guides contain:

  • a summary of the relevant legislation
  • a list of the applications or complaints that can be made to the CAC
  • a description of the statutory process
  • an explanation of the action the CAC will take
