Report on a rapid evidence assessment commissioned by the Department for Transport to improve our understanding of:

  • how best to use the financial resources available to meet our objectives
  • the most effective approaches for delivering our objectives

The supporting statement provides a summary of how the department will use the report and how it could support our delivery partners in developing the business case for cycling and walking, as well as informing trip generations and interventions.
