This is the suite of documents that form the invitation to tender (ITT) for the Thameslink, Southern and Great Northern (TSGN) franchise that will begin in September 2014. ITTs set out what rail services the government requires bidders to provide when running franchises. Bidders will respond to these documents with their propositions that will then be evaluated by the department before awarding to the winning bidder in May 2014.
