You should use this form if you expect to have an SDLT advantage and have received an 8 digit scheme reference number from:
- HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
- a scheme promoter
- the client of a scheme promoter
You can either:
- email the form
- print the form, fill in by hand and post to HMRC
