You should use this form if you expect to have an SDLT advantage and have received an 8 digit scheme reference number from:

  • HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
  • a scheme promoter
  • the client of a scheme promoter

You can either:

  • email the form
  • print the form, fill in by hand and post to HMRC
