Annual point-in-time survey for all boarders and residential pupils at academies and maintained, non-maintained and independent schools.
Ofsted gathers the views of boarders or residential pupils on the boarding provision at their school by sending a survey by email to the school at a specific point in time during the inspection year. The school is asked to distribute the survey to the boarders or residential pupils. Ofsted have adapted the survey into Makaton, Widgit and Picture Communication Symbols for pupils who may need them.
