Details

This standard rules permit allows you to operate a mobile plant to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate.

You can apply for this standard rules permit if: 

  • your activity meets the rules set out in the permit 

  • you can manage the potential risks as set out in the generic risk assessment 

You need to apply for a deployment each time you wish to treat the wastes allowed under your permit. Form MPD1 Application for deployment of mobile plant for SR2022 No 2
