Details
SR2022 No 2 is a standard rules permit allowing you to operate a mobile plant to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate.
You need to apply for a deployment each time you wish to treat the wastes allowed under SR2022 No 2 or a bespoke permit.
Apply for a deployment
There are 2 ways you can apply for a deployment.
You can use the main online service for applying for an environmental permission.
Or, if you cannot use that service, you can use the separate online form. You should read the guidance on what you need to know before you apply for a mobile plant deployment before starting the form.
Change an existing deployment
You must contact your local area team and get their written agreement if you want to change (vary) any details in an approved deployment form. This includes:
- extending the time of the deployment
- adding waste treatment activities
If the local area team do not agree to the changes, you must submit a new deployment form and application fee.
