All organisations awarded a Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016 to 2021 allocation will be expected to enter into a standard form of contract for their specific provider type.

Details
This is the standard form of contract for not for profit private registered providers.
The final form of contracts will include some different/additional provision to reflect the specific nature of the grant recipient (such as organisation type) and/or to reflect consortium arrangements.
