Details
The Heads of Terms are published for the standard form of contract for the Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme 2016 to 2021. The final form of contracts will include some different/additional provision to reflect the specific nature of the grant recipient (i.e. organisation type) and/or to reflect consortium arrangements.
