The purpose of this toolkit is to use existing data about sexual and reproductive health indicators between and within local authority areas to:

  • understand where variation occurs
  • identify the principal causes and underlying factors
  • inform ways to target and reduce sexual and reproductive health inequality
  • improve outcomes
