Details

In March 2019, the UK government launched a visa route for seasonal workers, initially as a pilot, ahead of freedom of EU movement ending at the end of 2020.

This route allows temporary migrant workers from non-EU countries to work in the UK’s horticulture and poultry sectors.

An annual seasonal worker survey asks workers about their experiences of working in the UK.
