  2. New version of large AAA results leaflet. Multiple changes (none clinical), largely at a textual level designed to increase readability, plus some restructuring to improve flow of information.

  3. Changed content type to guidance.

  4. Removed the PDF version of the leaflet as the document is not accessible.

  5. Added clarification that publication was previously published by Public Health England. Changed contact details to NHS England.

  6. Updating confidentiality section, replacing mention of Public Health England with NHS England.

  7. Addition of plain A4 PDF version for printing, to provide for people unable to access this information online.

  8. Updated translations in accessible HTML format.
