July 2012. Government reply to the Committee’s 5th report, HL 291, session 2010-12 (ISBN 9780108475900) which was a follow-up to HL 256, session 2005-06 (ISBN 9780104009550), to which the Government responded (Cm. 7031, ISBN 9780101703123). An update on this topic also published as HL 168, session 2006-07 (ISBN 9780104011546).
