Government reply to the Committee’s 5th report, HL 291, session 2010-12 (ISBN 9780108475900) which was a follow-up to HL 256, session 2005-06 (ISBN 9780104009550), to which the Government responded (Cm. 7031, ISBN 9780101703123). An update on this topic also published as HL 168, session 2006-07 (ISBN 9780104011546).

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
