Model documents for schools developing a contract with a supplier of goods or services.
These documents are for schools running their own procurement process.
If you’re developing a contract for high-value goods, use the example:
- contract for goods
- terms and conditions for goods
If you’re developing a contract for high-value services, use the example:
- contract for services
- terms and conditions for services
If you need to include additional clauses in your contract for a specific type of procurement, choose the appropriate wording from the library of clauses.
If you wish to vary an existing contract, use the example contract variation document.
If you’re placing an order for a lower-value tender, you may wish to use our example purchase order.
You shouldn’t use these documents if you’re buying goods or services through a framework agreement.
You should use these model documents alongside our buying for schools guide.
More information on choosing the most appropriate procurement process based on the cost of the contract is available.
