Details

Experimental analysis of school nursing activity and referrals in 2019 to 2020 using the Community Services Dataset (CSDS). The analysis looks at:

• contacts and referrals by age and sex
• contacts by deprivation, ethnicity, for vulnerable children and by preferred language
• use of group sessions
• handover from health visiting to school nursing services

The analysis considers the quality of the data available to inform the development and improvement of the CSDS and increase understanding of school nursing services over time.
