This Spring 2019 update from the Rural Payments Agency includes information about applying for the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) in 2019, and submitting claims for Countryside Stewardship (CS) and Environmental Stewardship (ES) annual payments.

There’s information about double funding on CS or extended Higher Level Stewardship agreements and Ecological Focus Areas.

We’ve also included an overview of the Woodland Support Grants that are open for applications all year. Whatever scheme you’re applying for or claiming payments for, you should make sure that you and your land are registered on the Rural Payments service. You can then use the online service to manage your business and personal contact details, and your land information whenever it’s convenient for you.
