Register as a new organisation

If you’re an organisation that needs to access IMS you’ll need to complete the IMS registration and authorised signatory pack and email it to servicedesk@homesengland.gov.uk

Queries about ongoing IMS registrations or changes

If you have a query and want to receive a response, you must quote your incident (INC) number when you contact us.

We will permanently close your incident 7 days after its resolution date, and cannot respond to queries about closed incidents.

To raise a new incident, email: servicedesk@homesengland.gov.uk.

Change the security administrators for your organisation

If your organisation is already registered on the IMS system your authorised signatory can apply to change your security administrators. Complete the security administration form in the registration and authorised signatory pack above.

Change an authorised signatory

To make a change to your authorised signatory(s) please complete the form, stating the new or amended signatory’s name and telephone number, and submit on your headed paper.

The authorised signatory(s) should be somebody senior in your organisation such as Chief Executive, Finance Director or Chair of your governing body.

You can have up to a maximum of 4 authorised signatories per organisation, with any changes to each being submitted on a separate form.

Technical requirements to access IMS

The IMS system is based on Citrix with a secure portal providing access. You’ll need to install Citrix on every computer you need to access IMS from.

If your organisation is already registered then please contact your security administrator to set you up on IMS.
