Standard documents and checklists for use in the compliance audit process.

The Compliance Audit Programme checks compliance with the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) policies, procedures and funding conditions. Standardised checks are made by provider-appointed independent auditors on an agreed sample of schemes which have received HCA funding under current and earlier affordable housing programmes.
