Use form MR01 to register particulars of a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 for a UK registered company.
File online with WebFiling to register your charge information as quickly as possible.
It costs:
- £15 to file your charge online
- £24 to file a paper MR01 form
It takes longer to process paper forms sent by post.
Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 paper.
Charges created before 6 April 2013
Any particulars of a mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be registered on form MG01 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG01s (Scotland) from The National Archives website.
Archived forms may show incorrect fees. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
