You can use form MR01 to register particulars of a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 for a UK registered company.
File online to register your charge information as quickly as possible.
It costs:
- £15 to file your charge online
- £23 to file a paper MR01 form
It takes longer to process paper forms sent by post.
Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 paper.
Charges created before 6 April 2013
Any particulars of a mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be registered on form MG01 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG01s (Scotland). You can get these forms on the National Archives website.
It costs £23 to register a charge created before 6 April 2013.
