Details

This form is used to appeal against a decision to refuse to issue a LEC for a vehicle.

A LEC is issued after a test by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency if you modify a vehicle to cuts its emissions.

There is no fee for an appeal against a refusal to issue a LEC.
