This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) is now out of date

This procurement policy note outlines the strategy the Procurement Policy Team in the Cabinet Office is pursuing to influence the European Commission’s proposals for revised and updated public procurement directives. This PPN contains a foreword by the Minister for the Cabinet Office, Francis Maude, inviting you to play a positive role to assist with simplifying and improving the public procurement rules.
