A vet, or a team chosen by a vet, can do the review. 

A poultry keeper will not be eligible for funding unless they follow the Poultry Biosecurity Review (PBR) funding: guidance for poultry keepers and vets.

Vet summary templates are also available for cattle, pig and sheep health and welfare reviews.
