A Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN) and the Committee on Toxicity of Chemicals in Food, Consumer Products and the Environment (COT) assessment of plant-based drinks made from almond, oat and soya.

The assessment covers the:

  • nutritional benefits and risks of plant-based drinks
  • toxicological benefits and risks of plant-based drinks

It also makes recommendations for:

  • adults and children aged one year and over
  • government
  • industry
  • research
