Decision of the Charity Commission published on 30 July 2013.

The commission reviewed its decision to decline the charity’s application to incorporate the trustee body.

On considering the matter further, the commission decided to grant the certificate of incorporation for the trustee body on the grounds that the trustees had considered other options and decided that this was the appropriate way forward.
