This table contains links to publicly available information and data on the operation of the Pubs Code. It is intended as a resource for professionals and any others with an interest in accessing data relating to the exercise by tied tenants of their Pubs Code rights.

The PCA publishes key information on published arbitration awards, court judgments in appeals of decisions in Pubs Code arbitrations, as well as quarterly statistics on arbitration numbers. Arbitration - Key Findings and Quarterly Reports
The British Beer and Pub Association (BBPA) provides data in the ‘Pub Partnerships’ area of its website on the number of Market Rent Only (MRO) notices served by tied pub tenants and their outcomes, by month and by pub-owning business. This data is usually updated monthly and includes tables for monthly, annual and total aggregate number of MRO notices. It also includes a table of the average duration of the MRO process for each POB and for all MRO processes. BBPA website - Pub Partnerships
The PCA publishes a register of all breaches of the Code self-reported to it by the six regulated pub-owning businesses. This register provides information on where the regulated industry has not met the required standards as set out by the Code and what steps have been /are being taken to resolve the breaches. Each regulated pub-owning business must produce an annual Pubs Code compliance report. These are published annually – around August / September - by each pub-owning businesses on its own website. The compliance report provides a wide range of information, including estates data, written details on how the businesses ensure Code compliance and details of any breaches that have occurred. The Government’s 2023 report on the 2019-2022 statutory review of the Pubs Code and the PCA includes data on the pub market structure and the operation of the Pubs Code. The PCA publishes the results of its annual tied tenant survey. This tests the attitudes and experiences of Pubs Code tenants towards their pub company, their rights and the PCA. PCA Tied Tenant Survey 2023
The PCA Annual Report and accounts sets out the activities of the Pubs Code Adjudicator and the office of the PCA for the year.
